Type:

IRON RUBBER (polyurethane) belt has synchronous belt and flat belt. According to the manufacturing method, there are: non-joint ring type, joint type and linear opening type.

No joint ring type

F-type-non-joint ring type: continuous spiral high-strength steel wire core (or stainless steel wire core) is embedded in the belt, and IRON RUBBER integrally formed non-joint ring type synchronous belt. With joint type

Type J-joint type: parallel high-strength steel wire core (or aramid fiber core) is embedded in the belt, and IRON RUBBER integrally formed synchronous belt. NOK company can be in accordance with the user requirements of the length of fusion processing into non-joint ring type synchronous belt.

Straight line opening type

L type-straight line opening type: use the same type with the joint type of various materials of the opening type timing belt. Because the wire core is embedded in parallel, the deformation rate is small, and the synchronous motion performance is safe and stable.

Type F (length): minimum length 600mm(200 teeth), maximum length 10002mm(3334 teeth).

J type (length): minimum length 700mm(70 teeth), maximum length 50m.
